Awesome Arcades LLC currently accepts orders only from within the continental USA.  Special arrangements and terms can be arranged on an individual basis for orders outside of the continental USA.   We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Returns:

Awesome Arcade’s customer satisfaction is important to us.  All items sold can be returned within 30 days of purchase.  All returns must be in new or like new condition and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Before returning any item, please e-mail support@awecades.com to obtain an RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly visible on the Box/Packaging.  Packages/Arcade returns without a valid RMA number or Packages/Arcade returns in a damaged condition will not be accepted.  Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.  Originally included and additional shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Disclaimer:

Awesome Arcades home arcade games and accessories are designed for private use. These units are not designed for commercial or extended home use. They have not been tested by the Underwriter’s Laboratory and therefore, should not be left running unattended for long periods of time. We have conducted limited internal testing on all products except accessories, however we take no responsibility for damages caused by improper use. These units are not ergonomically safe and should not be used for extended periods of time without taking timely breaks from game play.    Arcade units are very heavy and while every effort has been made to make movement of the units and the handling of them easy, they should be moved with extreme care.  Please exercise caution, safety and always move and/or reposition the units with the assistance of a minimum of two persons.  We take no responsibility and accept no liability for injuries or damages resulting from the operation, placement or movement of the arcade units.       

 Never leave children unattended with an “Awecade™.”     Never allow anyone to sit on, climb, hang off of, tip or in anyway operate or interact with an “Awecade™ in an unsafe and/or dangerous manner.

By placing an order with Awesome Arcades LLC, a customer has agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the sale as indicated by this web site. By placing an order at Awecades.com, a customer has agreed to the total dollar amount of the sale and has authorized Awesome Arcades to collect payment via the payment method the customer has specified. We reserve the right to replace any item or part with an equal or better product at our discretion.

Awesome Arcades LLC attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is accurate, complete or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Awesome Arcades reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Awesome Arcades reserves the right to refund payment if an item is unavailable or on back order.

Jurisdiction and Venue:

You agree that any legal action brought against Awesome Arcades LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Awecades.com sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Putnam County, New York.

Warranty:

All items are shipped FOB from Awesome Arcade’s facilities in New York. In the event that any package is damaged in transit, the customer must notify Awesome Arcades immediately and cooperate with the claim process in a timely manner. Unless otherwise stated all items come with a 30 day warranty.  All issues with items that have a manufacturer’s warranty must be handled between the purchaser and manufacturer directly. Awesome Arcades LLC will not warrantee these items or work with the manufacturer on the customer’s behalf.
